CANCELLED It's bad news I'm afraid - Peter who farms the land we were going to camp on phoned me on Friday 8th May to say he's going to have to cancel all activities on the farm for the foreseeable future. This includes the PFNE Camp and Oakleaf Circle, who were due there 2 weeks before us. I had been worried as the Settle cluster of foot and mouth cases built up, and in recent weeks the exclusion area had been spreading south and east from there. Then last Wednesday there was a confirmed case of FMD just 3 miles from the farm. This was the last straw, and events are being cancelled right round the area through to September at least. I hope to run the PFNE camp next year, possibly in the spring so we don't have so long to wait. Beltane maybe? Please email me nearer the time or check out this page again.
